We offer large format dye sublimation printing on a variety textiles. The digital dye sublimation process allows for an end product that can be cleaned and ironed without fading or running. The process consists of printing a mirrored image on a transfer paper media, placing the printed transfer media in contact with a specially engineered textile, and then applying heat and pressure to transfer the image. The heat causes the dye (ink) to be converted into a gaseous state, which allows the dye to merge with the fibers of the textile — becoming one with the fabric. The result is a beautiful and vibrant image that can be used for a variety of applications.
